Global Griddle was a joy to shoot: great food, beautiful plating and a team that cared. It’s an outdoor restaurant, so food dries out fast and every plate has to be shot quickly. We spent long, hot hours in their kitchen, working with intercontinental, Chinese and dim sum chefs at once and timing each dish around the shoot. We also used a little AI where it helped, and the final menu photos and reels came out great.
